Let's just jump right into it!
Eggs - Great for keratin protein! Adding uncooked eggs to mayonnaise or your conditioner will give you a great protein treatment for your hair. Whip it together, apply it to your hair for 5 mins and rinse out with cool water.
Banana - The older the banana the better. The natural oils in bananas give your hair wonderful shine and softness. Smash it inside a bowl with a little of your conditioner for a nourishing hair booster mask. Apply it to your hair and rinse out with luke warm water.
Olive Oil - The best lubricant for dry hair. Moisturize your hair with this oil, or use it as a hot oil treatment. Warm up the oil in a microwave safe bowl, apply it to your strands and cover your hair with a shower cap for 15-30 mins. Rinse out with cool water.
Avocado - If your hair lacks shine and moisture then this is the natural conditioner for you. Smash a ripe avocado in a bowl with honey, apply it to your hair, let sit for 10 mins and rinse out with lukewarm water.
Honey - Known for its antioxidant properties. Apply this natural humectant to your ends to help with shine and split ends. Cover with a shower cap for 10 mins and rinse out with luke warm water. Shampoo after if it feels a bit sticky.
Coconut Milk/Oil - One of the best moisturizing treatments. You can apply this to your scalp and hair as a leave-in treatment or a rinse out conditioner (5-10 mins). Be sure to get organic coconut oil/milk to get the most natural nourishment possible.
Tip- If any residue remains, follow up with a deep conditioner.
Try all the above conditioners to see what works best for your hair. You may find that some of these ingredients work better together than apart.
